• Details about your transactions with us, including those through Affiliates, if applicable; and
• Information from consumer reporting agencies, attorneys, accountants, or other sources, depending on your relationship with us.

We may disclose this information to entities that perform administrative and other services on our behalf or as required or permitted by law for legal, regulatory, or other purposes.

We view protecting sensitive information as a fundamental business practice and essential to maintaining trust. Access to information is restricted to individuals who need it to deliver products and services to you. 

We may share personal information with the following entities:

• Affiliates: Information collected from the Firm or one of its Affiliates may be shared with other Affiliates for investment or advisory purposes. Please see the Sharing of Information with Affiliates section below.
• Unaffiliated service providers such as printing and mailing fulfillment services.
• Government agencies and law enforcement officials, for example, for tax reporting or under court order.
• Other organizations with your consent, such as credit agencies or banks.
• Other organizations, as permitted by the laws that protect your privacy, such as for fraud prevention.
• We do not sell your personal information to anyone.   

The law allows you to “opt out” of specific types of information sharing with third parties. However, we do not share personal information in a way that triggers this opt-out requirement, so you are already considered opted out.  

Social Media

You may connect with us via social media platforms like LinkedIn or Google+.  If you do, we may access basic information from your profile, including your name, email address, photo, gender, birthday, and your posts. Each social media site has its own privacy policy regarding information sharing with companies. We encourage you to review these policies to understand how your information is handled.

Prior Relationships

Whether you have an ongoing or prior relationship with us, we maintain the same level of confidentiality and care in handling your information.

Sharing of Information with Affiliates (Regulation S-AM)

You can restrict us from marketing products or services from our Affiliates based on personal information they collect and share, such as your income, account history, and credit score. 

Federal law requires us to inform you of your right to limit such marketing.

You have opted to limit marketing offers from both the Firm and its Affiliates.  This choice will remain in effect until you instruct us otherwise. until you tell us to change your choice. 

Please note that we are not obligated to provide notice or an opt-out option when an Affiliate has an existing business relationship with you, or when marketing materials are sent in response to your direct request or initiated communication.
